Project Management Flow was a card game developed to illustrate project management principles in a fun and novel way. Running on the intranet inside BATSA, it was targeted at the whole company to impart an understanding of the principles behind project management, it’s processes and activities. Users could choose from a selection of 3 projects, all varying in difficulty and then start sorting the cards dealt into the correct order. Not only did they have to ensure the colour matched between adjacent cards but order process and flow correctly. To help them, there was a card information section with more detail on what each card represented, what category it was from and there were also hints as to which cards were compatible
